Meet Dr. Richard Pan: Public Health Advocate, Educator, Small Business Owner, candidate for Congress in California CD-6. Dr. Richard Pan is a doctor and public health advocate who will stand up to MAGA attacks on health care and science. In the California State Senate, he authored and led legislation that secured health care for millions of Californians and championed landmark child safety laws. His opponent is MAGA incumbent Kevin Kiley, who still represents part of Yuba County until January. Kiley now pretends to be 'independent' but votes with MAGA 98% of the time. Please let your friends in Sacramento, Rocklin and Roseville know about Dr. Pan, and consider donating or helping to get out the vote through phone banking and door-knocking. CD-6 has a Democratic majority, but Kiley has a considerable financial advantage, enabling him to confuse voters and spread misinformation and distortions. San Francisco Chronicle: He wrote California’s landmark vaccine laws. Now he wants to take on RFK Jr. from Congress (Sept 2026) CalMatters: These California Republicans in Prop. 50 seats have more cash than the Democrats (July 2026) Facebook: #kickoutkiley Instagram: #kickoutkiley Change happens because people make it happen!
