HOUSE DEMOCRATS TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT HEALTH CARE, EXTEND ACA TAX CREDITS

  • Last week, House Democrats succeeded in passing legislation that would revive enhanced ACA premium tax credits after Donald Trump and Republicans allowed them to expire at the end of last year.  

  • Because of Republican inaction, more than 20 million Americans are facing skyrocketing health care costs and 4.2 million Americans are projected to lose their health care coverage entirely.
